While for many people putting a full plate on the table is something you don’t have to worry about, many others are in hunger-stricken areas where getting even a meal per day is not easy. In the spirit of life preservation, many organizations have been formed to help supply food to the needy. Here are the top five of such organizations.
Action Against Hunger
For over 40 years now, Action Against Hunger has been at the forefront in the fight against hunger. The organization has been on the mission to provide food aid to families plus detecting, preventing and treating diseases that come after disasters strike. Over 50 countries have so far benefited from the hard work provided by this team.

The Hunger Project
Another organization that focuses on long-term solutions is the Hunger Project. While focusing on women in Asia, Africa, Latin and America, the organization has always aimed to empower people to meet their basic needs. Their end game is to teach families on ways to plan for a better future, especially for their kids.
Agricultural Biodiversity Community
